Center for Transportation Advancement Executive Director David Ozgo and Deputy Director Phil Bell discussed freight movement and the need for private capital at the 50th Annual edition of the New Jersey TransAction Conference.

This annual gathering of leading transportation voices features an audience from across the country with a focus on New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia. While the attendees are largely oriented toward government-based solutions to transportation problems, the discussion of greater private capital was warmly received by the breakout session audience.
