You might occasionally hear about the Jones Act being waived during supply chain disruptions or price spikes in commodities like oil. Here at the Center for Transportation Advancement, we don’t want it suspended, ever…that’s because we want it repealed fully. That’s why our Executive Director, David Ozgo, recently signed on to a coalition letter, led by Americans for Prosperity, supporting its repeal.
